Help with BestCapture.

For account, billing, capture or cloud questions, email support@bestcapture.app. Include the BestCapture version and macOS version, but never send passwords, payment card details or private screenshots unless support explicitly asks for a safe diagnostic.

Screen Recording permission

BestCapture needs macOS Screen Recording permission to capture the area you select. The onboarding window requests this only after your explicit action. If permission changes, quit and reopen BestCapture before testing again.

Keyboard shortcuts

⌘1 starts a screenshot selection. ⌘2 starts on-device OCR and copies the recognised text. If another app owns those shortcuts, change or disable the conflicting shortcut.

Cloud and licence

Sign in with the Alcanca account used for your purchase. A standalone licence activates its own product; an active Alcanca Suite entitlement activates both BestCapture and iPhoneMirrorSolution.
